Geocache Description:

This is a simple multicache beginning at the Swan and Pike pool EN3 6GE
It goes through Sewardstone Marsh and covers part of the Enfield Lock Heritage Trail

It can be done by bike or on foot.

You will see in the distance the pumping station for King George V reservoir which was opened in 1913 and drinking water used to be pumped out by iron gas pumps.
It is also very close to the Lee Valley Gunpowder park which is full of interesting habitats and wildlife, including sky larks which you can hear singing their hearts out in the spring.
The Swan and Pike pool used to be a turning basin for barges travelling along the Lea Navigation.
