Located on the Midstate trail. Easy and accessible parking at trail head. When cache was placed there were squirrels running all over the place gathering their acorns for the winter ahead. Thus, the name "the acorn house cache" The Midstate trail is just a wonderful place to hike,walk,bike,horseback and geocache. Please take proper precautions during the hunting season. Cache is small but could be used for small travel bugs and small trade items. Please sign log book. Enjoy this beautiful area.
