This is a well used back road leading from the Napa Valley and eventually over several mountain ridges, through a couple of valleys and ending up in the Sacramento Valley. The valley you are looking into here is Wooden Valley. At the bottom of this hill, you can turn right (watch for traffic on this tight corner) and follow Wooden Valley road all of the way down to Cordelia and I-80 or I-680.
There is parking for two vehicles within feet of the cache and while we hope that it won't be a total gimme, it is pretty easy. I rated it as "Dangerous" because of the traffic. Most folks are driving sensibly and you have good sight lines both up and down hill. But watch out while opening the car doors and be very careful with the younger ones.
Access on the downslope -- I wouldn't recommend the attempt while you are climbing the hill. You can continue up the hill for a mile or so and turn around in one of the driveways. The entire climb is not long. You'll find a large plastic peanut jar full of goodies and a geo-coin for you to trade. Have fun and enjoy the view.
