It was about one year ago that we placed our first cache here on Pender Island. We had just got into caching and were here for Tim's birthday party when we placed that cache at the other end of the island. This year, back again for Tim's birthday party, we decided to place yet another cache on this fabulous island that we come to all the time.
This is a cache to do while waiting to return home after your fabulous time on Pender Island. But before you go home, PLEASE make sure that you take in one of the following:
The Saturday Market on Pender
A round of Frisbee Golf
One of the fabulous views from around the island
The shops at Hope Bay
Any one of the million beaches
"The Stand" at Otter Bay
All this is not all that Pender has to offer, though, they are some of the things that we definatly reccomend.
This is a small cache container with a few little toys and a log book inside. FTF prize is $2.50, the exact amount needed for a warming hot chocolate at the VERY near by "Stand"
