A micro that is along the banks of the Cocalico Creek, north of Ephrata. Bring your own pen.
This cache has been placed in an unheralded area called Wenger's Meadow which is maintained by Ephrata Borough. The park is on the banks of the Cocalico Creek and is a great use of a floodplain. Mostly dogs and their owners utilize this grassy meadow which has well maintained mowed lanes throughout this strip of floodplain.
I find this area of most interest in the warmer months when many flowers and insects can be studied living on the grasses in Wenger's Meadow.
My old stomping grounds were a mile downstream where I enjoyed fishing for carp after school in the Spring. Reel em in!
