Located just off of Hiway 200 at an information sign about 1/4 of a mile west from the intersection of Hiways' 93 and 200 at Ravalli.
The cache is on the Flathead Indian Reservation which is home to the Salish, Spokane, Kootenai, and Pend d'Oreille tribes. It is on the southeastern corner of the National Bison Range which can be accessed at Moiese all year long. There is a visitor center there and a couple of different roads you can travel to see wildlife depending on the time of year.
