lizard lady: This does appear to have been washed away by the recent rains. It had a good life while it lasted. So may it rest in peace.

Geocache Description:

The Western Photographic Historical Society is a non-profit society of members dedicated to the preservation, archiving and exhibiting of all things photographic. They host two camera shows each year and currently award five college scholarships for Arizona students of photography. Learn more about them, their activities, meetings, some pictures of older cameras and even some pictures taken by club members. Visit their web site at wphsociety.org. In late 2002 or early 2003 they changed their name from Arizona Photographic Collectors to the current Western Photographic Historical Society. This cache starts out with buttons from about half of their past camera shows, which started in 1986. Feel free to take as many as you'd like. There are more where these came from.

There is parking available north of the cache on Rudasill at the corner of Rudasill and 1st. Please use this and walk down 1st until you reach the white utility box. Then take the path down by the wire fence rather than erode the embankment any more than it already is. Thanks!
