In the industrial complex near the speedway. You are searching for a magnetic Altoids tin. You would be silly not to have a pencil.
I think that making a micro too difficult to find, in a very public place, jeopardizes the cache. This place is almost deserted much of the time. This area is ripe for some nice micro/small caches.
