Geocache Description:

This event will be a geocaching gift exchange and also to collect toys for needy children

Geocachers! Come to a holiday event to be held at EatzaPizza which is on the north-east corner of Bell Road and Litchfield in Surprise AZ. It is being sponsored by TD Lover, Miner_85, MadBomber462 and Smcpeaknkids with the help of other fellow cachers. Thanks to all of you.

Bring a wrapped gift to exchange with another cacher preferably that has to do with caching ($10.00 and below) and you will receive a red ticket. At gift exchange time show your red ticket and pick a gift out of Santa's bag.

Bring toys for very needy children and you will get a red ticket for every toy that you bring. There will be a drawing of all the tickets for prizes. The more toys you bring, the more chances to win These gifts should be new and unwrapped. They will be going to Luke Air Force and will be picked up about 3:00 at the event.

Come for the fun, food, and meeting other cachers as well as to help out some children less fortunate than our own.

Schedule:
1:00-2:00 Check in, eat at the buffet.

2:00-3:00 a game called the 12 Days of Christmas geocaching hunt, (GPS not needed)

3:00-4:00 announcement of prizes, exchange of gifts and social time

For those coming with children, there are lots of machine games for the kids to play. Just bring quarters. They can get prizes for their tickets that they win in the games.

We are simply thrilled with the generosity of the geocachers from this area The pile of presents to be given to those children in need was inspiring! They were piled high and deep, on the table, on the side benches and even under the table. It was great that so many cachers were able to attend.

Congratulations to BKButtons, Panda77 and Foxter who had the most right answers to the devilish geocache game that Mr. TD Lover and Miner_85 concocted. It was wonderful seeing so many geocachers there and getting to meet some of the newer faces. Many, many thanks to Miner_85 who spent hours working with us to prepare this, to Smcpeaknkids who was such a great support and his door prizes were great and the Santa, whoops!, MadBomber for all his help, supplies and support. Geocachers are fantastic people

There are quite a few travel bugs and coins that have not yet been entered into the cacher's account. Please remove the Travel bugs from this event. Thanks.
