Geocache Description:

Grandad would have loved this game! We are locating this very close to one of his favorite spots. lots of rocks around here but not the kind your thinking of!

Granddad would have loved geocashing, he had a great sense of adventure and a love of the outdoors. He was only really interested in one indoor sport, and you will find that near by.

While fighting cancer for the last 7 years of his life, he had to stop doing many of his favourite things. His most favourite hobby of all was gardening. He was known for his beautiful gardens. He was also an avid seed collector. After he passed we found bags and bags of seeds that he had collected from his own plants. None of the remaining family is nearly as interested in growing plants from seed as he was so we thought that sharing the seeds with anyone who would like to have some would be best. As a very giving man, Granddad would have loved the idea.

We would like to offer this geocashe as a seed exchange in memory of Granddad. So please help your self to an envelope of seeds from his garden to yours. All we ask is that you leave a note behind, but if you wish you are welcome to bring some items for trade. The cashe box is not overly large so small things are best.
