A gentle cache - at least compared to the movie and the book by
Cormac McCarthy.
The plot. Modern-day Cowboy (Llewellyn Moss) finds
blood-soaked $2,000,000. Decides to keep it; and the slope becomes
slippery. Evil-personified Chigurg (Javier Bardem) goes after him
and the cash. The violence increases. Sheriff (Tommie Lee Jones)
tries to head them off. More mayhem. Despite the violence, there's
enough to philosophize about morals to fill another book. No movie
for young men, or women.
Awards: Four Academy Awards (2008) for Best Movie,
Direction and Screenwriting (the Coen Bros.) and Best Supporting
Actor to Bardem.
Stage One (listed). Simulates the area for the original
scene of the crime and where the money was originally found and
where the cowboy returned and barely survived. A micro containing
the coordinates to:
Stage Two (final). This is where the cowboy hid most of
the cash. If you saw the movie it may help you retrieve the cache
and the cash. Sign the big bill. Take others at your own risk.
