Geocache Description:

Small, clear Tupperware container with a blue rimmed top. Has log book & pen.

This cache was placed to celebrate my cross country drive from Beverly, Massachusetts to Sacramento, California. I helped my niece and her boyfriend move out to the west coast. Seeing this country from a car is great. The mountains, plains, and endless corn fields were amazing. The people were a great experience too. I then rented a car and hit the famous RT101 Coastal Highway. All I can say is that I saw some of the best scenery in my 43 years of life. From the Redwoods, the forests, and the scenic coast in Oregon - and all the different wildlife here. The coast of Maine is awesome, but this blew me away. Two things in my life that I always wanted to do were to drive across country and see the Redwoods – and now they are accomplished. Oh yea and lots of “found” caches. I’ve driven over 4000 miles so far and I’m beat – but filled with great memories. Time to head home!
