This cache is my first!! Comments are welcome! It is hidden in Cedar Grove Cemetery near downtown Norfolk. The cemetery is open daily from 6am-7pm. Please respect your surroundings, as well as any ceremonies which may be in progress. The cache is a well camouflaged container, large enough for small trade items and TB/GC's, and is not hidden on or near any grave markers.
The cache is not hidden at the coordinates listed. First, you will need to find the grave marker for the Commodore! His initials are C.W.S. (I can't give his name since he is easily Googled). The Commodore served in the US Navy for more than half a century. His son who served with Jackson and Lee during the civil war is also nearby!! Once you find it, enter his birthday and date of passing into the blanks below (MM/DD/YYYY):

While heading towards the cache, you might want to take time to look at some of the other headstones along the way. Throughout the cemetery, there are civil war veterans from both sides (Union and Confederate), as well as a former Mayor of Norfolk (N36 51.529, W76 17.034). Again, please be respectful of your surroundings.
