Geocache Description:

Update: I went to replace this cache today and figured I would walk right to my hiding spot. Well, trail maintainers had done such a great job clearing brush and kudzu that I couldn't actually find my old spot and I didn't have my GPSr with me. I went ahead and placed the new container and I can say it's got to be within a few feet of the old one.

First-to-Find Honors go to EFF!

Enjoy this nice forest, the Norman Wilder Forest. This is land owned and maintained by the Pacolet Area Conservancy and open to the public. Visitors are welcome to hike and enjoy this beautiful forest.

Cache is a small one-cup size lock & lock type container. A few small tradeable items inside. Bring your own pen. Cache started out with a travel bug.

Start at the parking lot. Go through the gate area and start up the trail. You'll find this cache approximately 225 feet up the trail as you start hiking through the gate area. The cache area might be a little overgrown during summer months, but was clear on this nice fall day. Look for an old, low rock wall.

Once you get to the rock wall, go toward the right-hand side of the first set of rocks.
