Geocache Description:

A peaceful walk along the Lagan Canal on an excellent, well maintained tar-mac path through the Lagan Valley Regional Park. There is an abundance of water fowl and other wildlife. The canal tow-path may be accessed from either the “Coke” Factory on the Tullynacross road – (good car parking) or the Hilden Road at Lambeg (no parking). It is approximately a half mile return walk from either bridge so take your pick. The final few paces are not wheelchair friendly.

The cache is a 2ltr, black clip lock box, hidden a few paces from the path at the roots of a tree where there is a bend in the canal. It contains a log book and pencil and the usual assortment of swaps.

Co-ordinates were difficult with tree cover but the clue should help you find the correct tree.
