Where Did The Ferry Go? Part II Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

bergmannfamily: This one will be archived as the folks across the road think it causes a security risk to them. They found out about the cache last week, and did not know it had been there for four years before they moved in, 12 years ago.

This was one of our first hides. RIP!

Geocache Description:

The cache is a large camoed peanut better jar. It is just off the road allowance that lead down to the old ferry crossing point. You can still see some of the old piles that were driven in to try to prevent erosion, and the gravel at the rivers edge. The cache contains some trade items, a TB, a log book and a pencil, and of course a FTF certificate.
