Watertower Park Cache Traditional Cache

Nurse_Pat: Cache is indeed MIA. The cord holding the cache was present, but the container is gone. Some cachers have mentioned that they have been questioned by the police while searching for this cache, even tho it was placed within the boundries of the park, Another cacher mentioned that one of their children (who had wandered greater than 100' from GZ) stepped on a nail, so will archive it. Perhaps in the future I will place a different cache in this general area. BYE BYE

Geocache Description:


It's amazing how geocaching can make you more aware of your own community. I've lived here for many years, and never even knew this park existed until the other day when I was out driving around looking for cache locations. I would like to place more caches in the parks around here, and this is an addition to some of my other park caches. This cache is kind of between a micro and a small, so I did list it as a small as a couple of mini things may be placed in it. Enjoy.

** 4/7/09: I was recently notified by a cacher that a member of their caching party stepped on a board with a nail in it, and it embedded in their foot. Some one has built a tree house in the area (see gallery) so please use caution and watch your footing.
