Geocache Description:

We consider this the happiest place on Earth, and there aren't any Micky ears in site!

This is our first cache, so let us know how we did.

We consider this the happiest place because we were married at the nearby Shore Acres on 8-18-07. Shore Acres was the site of our first date, and four years later we said "I Do" there. The cache site, Simpson Cove Beach, is where we had some of the most beautiful wedding pictures ever taken (not that I'm biased or anything!)

It seems that no matter what time of year - summer, winter or anytime in between - you can see some of the most beautiful views here. The rock formations and the waves crashing over top make for some fantastic pictures.

You will need to enter the Shore Acres State Park area ($3 parking fee required) to get to this cache. Make sure you visit the flower gardens before you leave. They are beautiful! There are several trails around the gardens. The one you're looking for is the Simpson Trail. Follow it to the Cove below.

The cache is a small camo'd container. We filled it with some of the things that reminded us of our special day in August - seashell gel candle, shells, lighthouse figure, postcards, etc. We also placed our Peanut the Lucky Elephant TB here to start his lucky journey. Happy Caching!
