Geocache Description:

Huggers
Hattie told Mattie
Don't you take no chance
Lets not be L seven
Come and learn to dance
Wooly Bullllllllly, Wooly Bully

Ahh, remember these lyrics from way back when? Did you ever understand them in the first place? Check out this link to refresh old memories or create a new one.

Well, this cache IS L7! Everything inside is square. The three dimensional version of square (cube) is also represented. Try to keep the theme going with trade items. It is a ammo sized paintball container which unfortunately is the only non L7 item. I did stretch it a little with the travel coins (in square cases). It is placed in the most obvious hiding spot but is very likey covered with leaves.

This cache is located at Vassar Farms and Ecological Preserve. Part of the draw for placing a cache in this area is that there are singletrack mountain bike trails there. Definitely a good way to travel as it is a very large area (527 acres) which can accommodate several more hides. Here is a map of the area which also contains other informational links. There are two routes to access this cache; easy and fun. The easy route involves a trek along a flat road with not much scenery, but may not be too bad for cross country skiing in the winter. The rating reflects this path. Figure a 45-60 minute round trip. My favorite way to access the cache is via the Helen Johnson Woodworth Memorial trail. It involves some exercise and is a fun bike ride (although perhaps challenging for some). It may be a nice walk as you do get some elevation gain and could be a nice view when the leaves are down. At one point the trail splits, so take the left downhill fork.

Be sure walk around the pond and take in the nature. And if you brought your bike, hit all the trails that essentially circumnavigates the area. Directions to the parking area are also on this page.
