The cache is an ammo box,
located just off the track close to the Wind Farm & is ideal
for viewing the work taking place.
The £13 million project is
expected to provide enough power to *8,946 homes* with green
electricity & should be operational in March 2008.
There will be 8 x 2 megawatt
(MW) wind turbines placed here when completed. They are just
putting the fourth one up today.

*Over the course of a year,
the wind farm would be expected to provide enough electricity to
serve this many households. This calculation is based on a capacity
factor of 30% and an average household consumption of 4,700
kWh/year.
