Geocache Description:

Ingleton Amble- Lime Kiln Cache

This cache is located just outside the village of ingleton deep in the heart of the yorkshire dales.

Ingleton is the land of caves and waterfalls.

The location of the cache is a short walk from the village centre in the direction of storrs common, when you reach the common walk up the hill to a rather splendid lime kiln, it was in use around about 1840 though its date of construction is a little unclear.

CACHE IN TRASH OUT
There is a small amount of rubbish in the kiln and if every Geocacher took a little bit home with them it would be soon clean and tidy.

While in the area you could pick up the rest of the Ingleton Ambles.
