Geocache Description:

Close to the NC SC line is a place where my family enjoyed a weekend, so we asked the management about placing a cache near. They were excited about the idea so, "here we go".

Just minutes away from the Grand Strand of South Carolina, Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, North Carolina, Tabor City is a great destination for relaxing and having fun with friends and family. Whether you are an angler at heart, enjoy hiking, this area would be great.
You will not have to pay to find the cache, and when you are out of fun things to do, be sure and visit all the things to do and caches to find in nearby Myrtle Beach and Wilmington.
Cache is an ammo box that has items with a theme of camping and safety. Try to keep items with the same theme. Cache also has a FTF award that can be redeemed if the ranger station is open. And remember, outside activities can be fun for the whole family, so take a kid "geocaching".
