Geocache Description:

Welcome to Dinner and a Movie with Trevor and Kate. This falls under the seafood portion of our dinner and a movie series.

This is a popular dog walking area. Park at the given coords for easy access.

This pearl has been a guarded secret dating back to Trev's forefather's career as a pirate. It has passed from generation to generation until we now have it. We figured it is now time to share it with everyone.

The recipe: Pirate's Delight

4 teaspoons dry white wine or chicken broth
12 ounces fresh or frozen cod fillets, thawed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Pour wine or broth into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on top. Combine cracker crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and paprika; sprinkle over fish. Drizzle with oil. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.

The movie: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)

After Elizabeth Swann is kidnapped by Captain Barbossa and his crew, the blacksmith Will Turner and the pirate Jack Sparrow team up to rescue her. Will wants Elizabeth back, Jack wants his ship the Black Pearl back. Soon they discover that the ghastly pirates have their own secret, a sinister purpose with Ms. Swann, and that there's much more going on that a simple kidnapping.

This area could definitely use some CITO.
