Geocache Description:

This cache is located in an Old Abandoned Town, that there are likely 5 houses remaining! Cache is on a hill side! The difficulty can be a challenge, bc of the all the old foundations, & broken glasses & other debris!

This cache is an ammo can located in the remains of old town, that once served as a mine patch town for the Summit Colliery! Now, there is only a few homes remaining! To the south of the old town is well known to the locals as the Burning Banks, which was put out 30+ yrs., ago! To the west of it was the old tunnel that went to Bear Valley Mine Patch! The cache is filled w/ the usual swag, the Smokey The Bear TB, & a "FTF" prize!
