And how many parks do they need? :) This one is almost all trees and no grass which does make it a bit different.
I don't know why a particular pocket of trees escapes the developers' dozer but I'm glad of it every time I come across somewhere like this. It certainly sounded like there was a healthy dose of bird life as I walked through here on a quiet morning.
The nearest houses are about 50 yards away but their balconies overlook the cache so some small amount of discretion may be required.
