Visiting three works of art will offer up the information that you need to find the cache.
The co-ordinates quoted above are all lies. I have no idea where they are and wouldn't bother going there. You can if you want, but it won't be at all helpful.
You will need to find the co-ordinates that place you in front of a particular building in the town centre. You will need to enter it. There is no fee. Once there, the mystery number will lead you to the cache.
This cache is wheelchair friendly and is only available at specific times, when the building is open to the public. Opening times are as follows:-
