Geocache Description:

Fun multi-cache to visit a few of the historical monuments around Kampala.

In honor of the Queen and 53 other Heads of State converging on Uganda for the 2007 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting!
At the listed coordinates find the following missing numbers:
"193F" and "19B5"
The second clue is at N0d 18.933', E 32d 34.902'. At this location find the following:
"1 + E =" and "190D"
The last clue is at N0d 18.859', E 32d 35.250'. At this location find "October C, 196A"
The above clues can be found in any order. The cache itself is at coordinates:
N0d 18.8AB', E 32d 34.CD7'. Once there find number EFDC and you will be within millimeters of the cache.
All of these locations are within walking distance from a parking space near the second clue.
If you don't have time for the multi-cache just uncode the spoiler and you can find the cache quickly!
