Torquay Harbour. It's a natural rock formation ... here's a

You have a choice of route - park at
Daddyhole Plain (don't forget GCMCK7 Daddy Hole (Devon) by Bill D
(wwh) & Maz62) and follow the coastal path towards Torquay

or park near the harbour (not easy,
but it can be done) find the coastal path - a hint - just miss the
main entrance to The Imperial Hotel, and follow the path to the
viewpoint (pictured and waypointed - VP001), admire the view, then
backtrack to the cache site.
Once you find the cache please
re-hide the cache carefully - there can be a lot of passing
muggles.
Please watch for muggles, and replace carefully so
that the container is hidden from casual view.
