bbelk: This has been a great cache with a slow but steady find rate. 340 logs. I have sold my motorcycles and just don't find myself out this way enough to properly maintain it. It has apparently gone missing, so I am shutting it down.

Geocache Description:

The Three Twisted Sisters
Highway 335 runs 29 miles from Camp Wood north to Highway 41
Highway 336 runs 27 miles from Leakey north to Highway 41
Highway 337 runs 59 miles from Medina west to Leakey

The west end of the Texas Hill Country provides some of the most scenic, exciting, motorcycle rides in the country. The Three Sisters (map) can be done in a day if you are staying in the area. There are motorcycle friendly hotels in Leakey and lots of fabulous camping in the area including Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and others.

The Geocache is an ammo can near the corner inside the fence. There are no gates and the owners Bob and Robin are very friendly. Go on in park and grab the cache.

While you are there, you can usually admire a variety of motorcycles.

The cache has lots of wooden coins in it, so even if you don't have something to leave, grab one of those.

For the FTF there is a set of sexy orange biker sleeves, perfect for your next long ride or Halloween party.
