FSU*Noles: Stopped by and removed the cache this morning. I'll try to get a new and improved version somewhere down the line - when hidden, I placed it in there enough so that only the cap was showing, but due to nature's icy grip, this Spring the cache was easier to completely remove from the area than it was to open...what a drag! Plus, it had a very close call with the motel clerk this week (note: the cache was not on motel property) but I'd rather not get any cachers into trouble, so I'll start looking for someplace for a new version. Lessons learned: better anchoring or longer cammo (cache was lying loose in a big hole this morning), looser cap (was snug last year, but darn near welded on the container this morning), more sheltered location (but what fun is that?). ;) Thanks for visiting!
