Taste of Texas Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time or has had no owner response for at least 30 days, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

12/03/11: Relocated cache to prevent flooding problems. RAISED the terrain rating to reflect the change.

While your here you may think your in another part of the country. True Texas Longhorns roam the area. What ever you do, do not jump the fence! The cache is not out there! I don't know who in their right mind would but I had to warn you. Make sure you take a few photos while your here.

This is not accessible during high water and is muddy all of the time. I did wear sneakers but it is very slippery! Just a micro with a log so bring your own pen or pencil. Parking is available but it does get busy during the summer as this is a great place to put your canoe in the Brandywine.

Please do not completely remove the container as it is attached so that it does not end up in Delaware during a flood! Please make sure that the lid is on all the way so that the O-ring engages. Thanks!

Have fun and be careful!

Congrats to jersyjoey for the FTF !!!
