This cache is a sign-only brown pill bottle. Bring your own pen. It would be very easy to find, but there are several possible hiding places all in this same area. There's tree cover, but enough open sky to get a decent reading. The actual hiding place is about 30 feet off the paved path and is in a natural hiding spot.
If you're having trouble, try using a compass. Stand at the corner of the permanent brick barbecue and site a bearing of 230 degrees looking across two paved trails. That should point you in the right direction. You'll need to continue along the paved hiking trail to the area. The coordinates are from the cache site.
Make sure you park in a parking lot. Do not drive on what looks like a skinny one-lane road. Those are paved hiking trails. There is a public road higher than the park where you might end up based on the GPS coordinates given. You could park up there, but better to drive into Brookwood Park to begin your quest.
