You can reach this cache starting from Sycamore, or from F street, or from various other spots. There are several different ways to go. If you don't choose the correct one to find the cache, no problem - a little backtracking will sort things out. When you do find the way to go, consider just continuing - it's a nice way for cyclists or pedestrians.
One word of caution - you may want to hold off seeking this cache if it has rained recently. Or wear your galoshes!
I've wanted to place a cache here for ages, but The Willow Cache (may it rest in peace) was too close.
