Tunes Traditional Cache
Jedi Cacher: This cache was one of my favorites and hoped that others enjoyed the concept and the caching adventure. After the cache had been muggled and pumped full of bullet holes I have decided to shut this one down as it is just to risky. But be on the lookout for Tunes 2 as the fun is not over.

This is a Music theme cache for exchanging CD's. If you take a CD, please leave one so that other's may enjoy. If you do not see a CD that you would like, you may still leave one of your favorite CD's to share with others. You may exchange burned CD's or store bought. There is also a FTF and a STF prize, so choose wisely if your the FTF. Enjoy!
Park at the 2nd forest service gate. The first gate is usually open. This is an easy to moderate hike.
Music is found in every known culture, both in the past and in the present. Scientists now believe that music has been in existence for 50,000 years. Archaeologists have recovered flutes dating back to 43,000 years old. The oldest known written song dates back to 4,000 years old.
Music has evolved through out the different time periods. From Medieval to Renaissance and from Classical to Modern 20th century. Music became revolutionized in the 20th century due to radio and recordings. Then came concerts and music videos. Today's modern music now has many different styles that were influenced by music in the past such as the blues. The Blues evolved from African American Spirituals and have been a major influence on American popular music culture.
This Music cache contains 20 CD's of different styles of music. Just to name a few-Journey, 3 Doors Down, Maroon 5, Nickelback, Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shania Twain, Trisha Yearwood, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Pat Benatar, U2, Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith and Green Day.
