Near the paved path. Final location is not wheelchair accessible.
This cache is located just off the Westerville Bike Path. It’s close to the northeast corner of a network of over 24 miles of walking, running, and bicycling paths that connect parks and neighborhoods throughout the community. I could tell you to park at Hoover Dam or Sharon Woods Metropark and take the path to the cache location. The truth is there are neighborhoods close to the cache with easy access to the path.
DO NOT PARK ON THE MAJOR ROADS NEAR THE CACHE.
Traffic is just too busy to safely park on Maxtown Road or Spring Road.
The Ohio to Erie trail passes through Westerville from Maxtown Rd at Northgate Way on the north to Cooper Rd at Westerville Rd to the south. (From their website at www.ohiotoerietrail.org)
