Geocache Description:

Plenty of parking south or southwest of the bridge.

About 10 years ago or so, Daniel and his family were camping at Lake Del Valle. That weekend there was a fire in the hills above and surrounding Del Valle. Daniel walked out on the bridge to get a good look, stuck his head thru the bars, and couldn't get his head back out. He cried for his mommy who couldn't get his head out either, so she had to find a fireman to help. He laughs at the story today, but at the time he was very scared and cried a lot.
