This very old cemetery dates back to the 1800’s. There isn’t
much information available locally other than what I’ve gathered by
word of mouth. I’ve been told that one of the graves contains a
Native American Indian, and by looking at the tombstone, it would
seem to be possibly true. The area is beautiful and quiet and I
hope you’ll enjoy it. See if you can locate the Indian grave
pictured above.
You should not have too much difficulty getting to this cache.
There is nice trail the entire way to the cemetery, however the
last approximately 150 feet is up a steep hill. Children should
still be able to do this cache, but may need to take a little rest
along the way.
As with all cemetery caches, please be respectful. The cache is
NOT located within the cemetery, but is located nearby.
Wear fluorescent orange during hunting seasons.
