Sleigh bells, tinsel, wreaths of holly
 Now's the time to celebrate, good golly
Oh say you'll come to this festive event
We will have some fun, that's my intent
Bring a cache that's wrapped to swap
And don't forget the photo op
 Let's mingle, and talk and laugh and eat
La, la, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

OK, I confess. I ran out of steam on my poem. Not sure if I started with steam, but there you have it. Halo Gunner 9 came home with sage advice in kindergarten. I think it might be appropriate at this point. "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit"


This event will be held at the EWEB in the Training Room. 6:30pm is the time. Don't be late. You sure don't want to miss out on any of the fun. Clear your calendar and book this event!

Gotta have a cache exchange, so put on your thinking cap and come up with something really, really good. This is open to everyone so if the kids want to participate, bring a wrapped cache for them too. Just like last year these caches are to be released with in 20 miles and 20 days.

Food is a must. I adjusted the alphabet split a bit. We were a little thin on solid food last year (which is not always bad). Cachers whose name (that's your caching name) begins with A-S, please bring an appetizer of some sort. Cachers whose names begin with T-Z, you're on for dessert. We don't have a food committee this year (or any committees for that matter), so would love help with hot apple cider if anyone is game.

Decorations, paper products, kids' activities - it's all up for grabs. If you feel compelled to help out, feel free to jump in.
