Geocache Description:

Located in Thompson Park near a pavilion. It is a fairly easy hike on a nice clear trail.

We are new to geocaching and this is the first cache that we have placed. We were suprised that this city park did not have any caches. It has some nice trails. The cache is placed with permission from the park superintendent Rob Kenny.
You are looking for an ammo case that contains a log book and some trades. When you get to the two rocks, you are getting close. If you would like some extra added fun, you could find this cache while you were on the back nine of the disc golf course.
If you would like to see more of the park, we have also placed another cache in the park. Follow the trail to the other side of the park to find Cross Country Cache.
