Located on Forest Service road on the way to a campground near Mendocino Pass. Sit on the rock, and enjoy a view of Nebo Rock and Round Valley, It's quite lovely. Cache is camo'd Lock/Lock tupperware-type container. I've rated this a 1.5, but I'm betting some of those more intrepid wheelchair-bound cachers will be able to access this cache. Please be careful of no-legged critters, they become frightened easily, and can lash out. This cache also may not be accessible in the snow.
