Geocache Description:

Perpetually Patient Puppies

A Dog’s Tale of Haceta Head

Our humans are quite odd – they love taking us to new places, we will walk up wonderful new trails, but they seem confused – suddenly they stop, looking at their funny plastic box they carry, something they mumble by the name of damn GPS or the like, but don’t chew on it for some odd reason, as it always looks like a good chew toy to us. Upon stopping, our humans then start to poke the bushes, turn rocks and move leaves around, and we know we have not gone potty because we like to do that at the start of the walk. Our humans have the most perplexed look on their faces while they are doing this odd ritual looking for our potty that isn’t there. We have decided that it is best just to humor them, besides we can keep ourselves amused. First we sniff stuff, then we go bushwhacking, we eat grass, we sniff more stuff and then decide to play tag on the trail, all while our silly humans scratch their heads and turn all sorts of contorted positions that only us dogs thought we did. But sooner or later they start shouting “Woohoo!” which loosely translates to “we are about to be underway again soon”, which is the part we like the most.

Oh by the way, we think we saw them take something out of their backpack this time and put it under some piles of branches near this fun play spot. Don’t worry we didn’t go potty on the bench.
