This one was placed by cubteacher and EBIB6H2 and is not for the faint of heart. You can see the Virgin Valley Gun Club sign when standing next to this cache.
We have a cache like this in Arizona: "Baron of Arizona". And we have been wanting to do a cache similar to this one for a long time. Don't get frustrated and eventually you will find it. Please return cache as well hidden as found, or better if exposed.
