A traditional small cache on private property. The owner has given permission for the cache to be placed on the property, and has only requested that cachers stay away from the house. He has also agreed to maintain the cache for me.
This is my fist time hiding a cache. The container is disguised, but clever searcher should be able to find it quickly. The container is fairly small, initially containing a logbook, pencil, and a couple of small treasure items.
