Portland beach. Access to the cache site from Portland Wharf Road.
Portland used to be a town for the cement works workers and had a housing complex and a few shops in the paddock beside the fire station. That whole area surrounded buy the road was houses and shops.
When at the cache site you will se a fallen tree, cache is there.
