Not at the published coordinates...

One day not so long ago I was listening to the radio. I couldn’t find a song I liked so I was seeking a good station. All at once everything died, the truck just stopped. Everything but the radio. It was on a frequency I had never seen before. The song that was coming through was very garbled but I did manage to write down what I heard. It doesn’t make much sense to me so I am hoping you can help me figure it out. This is what I wrote down.
