Park with a Boat Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

My daughter gets taken geocaching with me a lot, even if she doesn't know that's what we're doing. But she's done pretty well out of the deal as we've enjoyed a lot of different playgrounds in our travels; "MONKEY", "Hawk", "Milton Meader", "Cock a Doodle Do" and "Kidspace", just to mention a few. We didn't even find the cache at "On the edge of the Enchanted Forest" but had a great morning there. "Mum's The Word" introduced us to Kalinga Park and she later had her second birthday party there. Some, like the one with the t'uck at "Watch out for the dragon", and the one with the d'ums at "Chinese Gardens" are now regular favorites of hers.

So we're happy to present this park we found all by ourselves. As well as the playground there's also a nice pond with eels, ducks (and at the moment, some wee ducklings) and even a turtle. The playground is fenced so little legs can't make an unauthorised break for the water!

A moderate amount of stealth might be required. The cache is across the road from the pond and playground but it's a popular area with pedestrians and there are houses nearby so you may need to be patient and pick your moment.
