Geocache Description:

Congrats to iablublurr for the FTF!!

Simple cache-n-dash once you solve the puzzle to get the correct coordinates. Container is a small bison tube matchstick tube camoflaged to its's surroundings. Bring a writing utensil, no room for trade items.

Keep an eye out for the nogoodnik on a bike who approached Couplocachers selling street pharmaceuticals. If any other cachers run in to him, We will move the cache. We never saw him or the truck-sitting-book-reader whenwe scouted out the site. Sorry.

The coordinates listed above are not where you want to be. They will put you in the middle of a pond that was home to the dreaded Crofton Snakeheads!! The correct coordinates are contained within the puzzle graphic below.

This is the fifth cache in this series based on Md 3/301. We live close to this busy road and travel up and down it almost everyday. It is evident that many others do too, based on the morning and afternoon commuter traffic. Unfortunately, it also serves as a thoroughfare between I-97 and Route 50 for those driving between Baltimore and Metropolitan DC.

There are plenty of great caches in nearby Piney Orchard, but only a few in the Crofton/Gambrills area. So I decided to start this series to change that.
