Finding a cache while watching all the planes fly by.
A simple little micro cache – so why a puzzle?
Because the owners of the airfield are happy to have the cache at this location, BUT expressed concern about the dangers of parking on the edges of either Utsalady or Moore Road. There is not enough space to completely pull off the road on either busy street, and this creates immense potential for accidents.
We agreed that as long as cachers respect these concerns and park in the small lot just off Moore Road, they are happy to have cachers come there to hunt for the cache.
If cachers disregard these concerns, they will contact me and the cache will be pulled.
So to find the cache, this is what to (not) do:
1. DON’T park on the side of the road on Ustalady.
2. DON’T park on the side of the road on Moore.
3. DON'T walk near the planes on the fields - admire them from a distance.
4. DO park in the small parking lot off Moore Street access this by going north on Moore Street.
5. DO BRING A TOOL! Something to attract a magnet and something to pull the log out of the container. A metal tweezers would serve both purposes.
6. DO find the cache at the given coordinates.
FINALLY – rehide the cache as well as you found it.
