This obelisk at Birdwell near junction 36 of the M1 indicates the vanity of the local gentry, erected to signal the 3 miles to Wentworth Castle, At 18m high it is one of the larger milestones in the country!
To find the cache, you will need to visit the above co-ordinates. There is a plaque on the obelisk which shows the date of construction. This is A.
