The cache is where the latitude and longitude integer degree intersect.
You may know about the Degree Confluence Project.
There is a confluence every 79 km from where you are anywhere in the world.
A link to its website is www.confluence.org/index.php
The difficult part is being able to access these confluences as the majority are on private land.
The challenge to find them, and then access them, is somewhat contagious (hence the cache name) but if you do succeed then you may be influenced to look for more. If you do, then I suggest you look at a cache called 'The Cache Confluence Project' (GA0155)
To access this confluence (and the cache) you need to be on Browns Road in Ranelagh. Enjoy the scenery of the Huon river, the numerous orchards and the native vegetation as you drive along, because GZ is in typical eucalypt bush and nothing special.
The confluence which was already marked by a cairn is 15 metres from the road but if you continue on another 70 metres there is a place to park, then you can just walk back down the road before descending into the bush to the confluence below. Be careful as that 15 metres is a little slippery.
Cache is a small container that contains some swaps, a log sheet and a pencil.
A final challenge....
I was unable to get a picture of my GPS with all Zero coordinates. I saw them for a moment but it changed before I had the camera ready. So see if you can do better and attach a photo!
